A bank or insurer rarely has one website. It has a main brand site, regional sites, product sites, and often a staff intranet. Each needs to look and sound like the same company, and much of what they publish needs compliance review.
When each site runs on its own system and approvals happen over email, the sites drift apart. Teams follow slightly different steps, and months later nobody can say for sure which version was signed off.
One platform for every brand and region
Visor runs many sites from one studio. Each brand or regional site has its own record, theme, and editors, and all of them share the same layouts and widgets. A change to a shared widget reaches every site that uses it, so the group stays consistent without repeating work on each site.
Compliance review in every release
Compliance and legal agree the approval process, and an admin draws it on the workflow canvas, with steps such as Draft, Compliance review, Approved, and Published. A filter rule can send product pages and disclosures through compliance while company news takes a shorter path. Changing the process later needs no code.
A clear record of what went live
Every page and entry shows where it stands. A published entry is locked, and editing it opens a new version that has to be published again. Visor keeps read-only logs of every queued change and every build, so you can show an auditor what was on the site and when.
Support after launch
On the Website Platform, patching, certificates, and CMS upgrades are handled for you. Every site sits behind DDoS protection, a web application firewall, and network firewalls. Vulnerability scans and penetration tests run on a schedule, and a service desk handles incidents.
Content that has to stay on your network, such as a staff intranet, can run on Visor inside your intranet. It is built and edited the same way as your public sites.
